Merchandisers don’t require formal qualifications, but should display the following minimum requirements:

If you are a people person and enjoy working with others, a role as a Retail Sales Assistant could be for you. This role requires working in retail stores and providing customers with exceptional service. The Retail Assistant’s responsibilities include welcoming customers to the store, identify customers’ needs, recommending suitable items, and processing customer purchases.

Professional drivers Permit (PdP) may be required for most roles.
